Once your payment is confirmed, your order is prepared and shipped.
The average delivery time is 5 to 15 business days, depending on your location.
Please note that during specific periods, delivery may be extended due to:

Exceptional situations (e.g., pandemics, natural disasters)

1.2. Shipping with Guarantee
All orders are shipped with full tracking and insurance.
If your order is not delivered within 30 business days after shipping, we will issue a full refund — no questions asked.

Please note: Your order may arrive in multiple packages depending on supplier locations. This is completely normal and does not affect the delivery guarantee.

2. ORDER TRACKING
Once your payment is confirmed, your order enters processing.
You will receive a tracking number by email within 2 to 7 business days after confirmation.

Tracking updates may take 5 to 10 business days to begin showing movement.

3. DELIVERY CONDITIONS

Orders are shipped to the address provided at checkout. Please ensure all shipping information is accurate.
PetKind Co. is not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

3.2. Recipient Not Available
The carrier will attempt delivery up to 3 times.
If no one is available, the package will be held at a nearby facility for 7 calendar days.
If the package is returned to the sender, a new shipping fee will be required to resend the order.

3.3. Incorrect or Incomplete Address
If the address is invalid or incomplete and the package is returned, no refunds will be issued.
Reshipping will be offered upon payment of a new shipping fee.

3.4. Customs Duties or Fees
In the unlikely event that customs or import taxes are charged, PetKind Co. will cover 100% of those costs.
You will only pay the price displayed on our website — no hidden charges or surprises.
